Topic #1: "New Year's Resolutions"
A New Year's Resolution is a promise you make to yourself to change or improve something in your life during the new year.
Examples are to learn something new, to get better grades in a subject, to exercise more, to be nicer to someone, to lose weight, to stop doing something that is bad for you, to learn to write better, to participate more in class, etc.
Write about three resolutions you have for yourself during this new year, and explain how you are going to accomplish (do) these. At least one of your resolutions should be about school, and one more about English.

I want become better piano player than before, because last semester I was ESL student and new to this school so I could not attend to any lessons.
When I came to Korea, I and people around me could reconize that my piano skills were not well as before, and I think it's due to loss of proper lesson than I get in the school.
When I go back to the school I will ask my teacher for help and proper lesson so that I can improve my piano skill.
I will make myself more intelligent than last semester I will learn more english. I will respect teacher

my new year resolution.
After studing in woodstock school,
on 17th, i got first winter vacation.my parents were glad that i came to korea, but they disapointed at me lots and lots. i was having skin allergy,and when my parents were asking about it than i use to say'it's fine'. but, it was very bad condition. and, one more thing is that i wake up so late all the time still now. the 10'o clock is my main time to wake up. also i sleep do late...
my parents think that my english skill is not improve too. my english test, the grade was horroble, and the same test as before i came to woodstock, i got lesser grade than before. my parent were not glad with me. they disapointed at me lots. they said, 'if i can't care myself, than don't go to india. and they say before you study, think about yourself. even i think i was so lazy.
so from next year, 2009, for a two mount,untill i live the korea, i will show the good image of me.

i have two goals in this years.
My first goals is
speaking English much better than last semester so i am doing my best to improve my English skill in Korea. But i can feel my English skill became way better than befor i became on of the woodstock student. When i wach the American movie i alsmost understand that means my English skill is improving too much.
My second goal is becoming honall roll. That means my grdes have to be more than B.
it is so difficult to be honall roll for me.
i am going to try to be holl roll next semestr.
My New year resolution is to get good with violin, get out from ESL quick as psible and don't be lazy and do my things properly. I chose to work on violin this year because I don't feel well when I don't work on some kind of insterment. So I want to work hard in beginner ohcestra and go to junior ohcestra soon as posible. I want to get out from ESL as quick as posible because I heared that it is hard to get out from ESL late because the levles are different. So I think it is better to get out from ESL quicker. But that means I have to fix my lazynes. Even for the violin so that is the reson I putted don't be lazy and do my stuff properly. I will do my best this year if I can decrease my lazynes... any way, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Hi Mr.Endo
My first goal is to try my best to go out of ESL by using harder words when I am speaking, and when I am writing. I will also study more when I have nothing to do, also study more for my tests. I will also learn more english. Also my brother told me that eight grader ESL is hard so go out of esl fast. My second goal is to go on honall roll this time I got all b, b+,a, a- but I didn't get honall roll because I wasn't well in organization so I will improve on organization and I will keep my grade higher then b. my brother said six grade second semester is hard so I am studying hard in korea. My third goal is to be kinder to everyone and also to spot saying bed words to do that I will hit my selve when ever I say bed words or I will tell some body else to hit me when I say bed words. to become kind I will not to thinks with people doesn't like.
